1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using iFold, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
iFold is a gambling addiction recovery application that provides:
Streak tracking for days clean from gambling
Money saved calculator
Daily check-in reminders and notifications
AI chat support for recovery assistance
Milestone celebrations and progress tracking
3. Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewable Subscription Information
Title: iFold Premium Subscription
Duration: Monthly (1 month) or Annual (12 months)
Price:
Monthly: $7.99 USD per month
Annual: $49.99 USD per year ($4.17 per month)
Free Trial: 7-day free trial for new subscribers
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. If you start a free trial, payment will be charged at the end of the trial period.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
No Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support.
4. User Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use iFold. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. User Content and Data
The App allows you to input and track personal recovery data including:
Days clean from gambling
Amount of money saved
Personal check-in notes and mood tracking
AI chat conversations
You retain all rights to your personal data. By using the App, you grant iFold a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. We will never sell your personal recovery data to third parties.
6. AI Chat Service
The AI chat feature is provided for informational and support purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or addiction specialist with any questions you may have regarding gambling addiction or recovery.
AI Chat Limitations:
Free users: Do not have access to AI chat messages per day
Premium subscribers: Unlimited AI chat messages
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the App Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair the App Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
8. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by iFold and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE APP WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IFOLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any unauthorized access to or use of your personal data
Any interruption or cessation of the App
Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
